Yoga
Yoga here is less about what the body can achieve and more about living in it.
Movement, breath and attention — a way of noticing what is already here.
Private or in small groups. The practice adapts to you, not the other way round.

About
My relationship with yoga has changed a lot over the years.
Over time, the practice became less about what I could do with my body and more about how honestly I could inhabit my life.
Sound and meditation came later, but I experience them in much the same way: different tools for listening more closely.
I believe in practice, but I also believe in life.
In nature, community, movement, pleasure, courage, getting things wrong, starting again, and following the path of highest excitement.
I don't believe any teacher, practice or retreat has something that you don't already have.
Sometimes we simply need enough space to remember.
You don't practise meditation.
You practise the conditions for meditation to occur.
I think the same is true of many things in life.
Sometimes we find it sitting quietly. Sometimes through movement, breath, sound or being outside.

Lie down. Receive. Let go.
Sound asks very little of us.
There is nothing you need to do. Lie down, listen, and let the sound move through you.
Sessions can be individual or collective.

03
There is no being “good” at meditation.
Meditation is a practice of attention — noticing what is here without immediately needing to change it.
Sometimes that is peaceful. Sometimes it isn't.
Sessions may include stillness, breath, body awareness and guided meditation.
